Volunteers are needed for the full time period of 7:30 am to 3:30 pm with a discretionary meal break. Box Lunch and Drink Provided. All volunteers will be required to follow all current COVID-19 restrictions.
Several volunteers will be paired with a staff member (Block Captains) to perform the following activities throughout the day:
Remind attendees to follow the current COVID-19 restrictions and to note posted COVID protocol signs. Bring a mask (if required).
Handout the Event Guide to attendees.
Handout the Swag Bags and Official Program to the car owners.
Help to guide the cars to their spots and avoid curbs when backing, etc.
Help car owners with their windshield placards.
Command Center support, cleanup at end of the event.
Command tent setup and stocking, cleanup at end of the event.
Help owners and staff to keep public from leaning on or entering cars.
Bring a personal bag to carry Event Guide, trash bag, water, personal items, etc.
OTFSS Committee Staff will be wearing a white T-shirt, with a Red lanyard and STAFF Badge with their name.
Car Owners will be provided a Blue lanyard with a DRIVER Badge
Volunteers must be a minimum 16 years of age to participate. Each volunteer will get a colorful T-shirt (worn over existing clothing) to identify themselves as part of the event.
